In addition to physical exercise, six other essential aspects of personal development are considered here. I am Semih and very pleased that you have found your way here. I would like to introduce you now to the principles of my concept.

Everybody has individual needs and requirements

 yet at the same time we all search for the answer to the one key question:

 How do I manage to be more active and energetic in my everyday life, furthermore increase joy and quality of life and simultaneously advance my personal development?

Oftentimes it is crucial at first to get an idea of where to focus on and identify specific methods that actually deliver progress. Eventually you don’t have to search the answer to the initial question – it defines itself on the path you choose.
